The Company’s projects include RAE Copper-Silver Project and Great Bear Copper-Gold-Silver-Uranium Project. The RAE Copper-Silver Project, located in Nunavut, is prospective for a range of copper-silver mineralization styles. The RAE Copper-Silver Project is located on mainland Canada, 75 kilometers (km) from nearest town of Kugluktuk, providing support and a deep-water port. The RAE Copper-Silver Project covers an area of approximately 1,228 square kilometers (km2). The Great Bear Lake Project is located 240 km southwest of the Company’s RAE Copper-Silver Project and the settlement of Kugluktuk covers an area of approximately 2,900 km2 of the iron oxide copper gold prospective Great Bear Magmatic Zone (GBMZ). The GBMZ is an extensively hydrothermally altered and mineralized Proterozoic continental andesitic stratovolcano-plutonic complex.
