Rox Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company. The Company's main focus is the development of the high-grade, high-margin Youanmi Gold Project that hosts a global mineral resource of gold. The Youanmi Gold Project is located approximately 480 kilometers (km) northeast of Perth and 400 km inland and to the east of Geraldton. The project covers approximately 643 square kilometers (km2) and more than 60 km of strike of the prospective Youanmi Shear Zone. The Youanmi mining center, which comprises the leases: M57/51, M57/75, M57/97, M57/109, M57/135, M57/160A, M57/164, M57/165, M57/166 and M57/167 is 100% owned by Rox Resources.
