Prospect Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is focused on the exploration and development of electrification and battery metals mining projects in the broader sub-Saharan African region. The Company’s projects include Omaruru Lithium Project, Step Aside Lithium Project and Mumbezhi Copper Project. The Mumbezhi Copper Project is situated in the world-class Central African Copperbelt region of north-western Zambia. It is located on two fully permitted Large Scale Mining Licenses (39445-HQ-LML; 39465-HQ-LML), covering an area of approximately 356 square kilometers. The area is prospective for large tonnage, low to medium grade copper deposits. The Omaruru Lithium Project, comprising the EPL 5533 tenement, is centered on the village of Wilhelmstal, east of Karibib in Namibia and covers approximately 132 square kilometers. The Step Aside Lithium Project is located approximately 35km from Harare and approximately 8 kilometers north of the Arcadia Lithium Mine Project.
