Under the Company-owned projects segment, it acquires parcels of land in Australia, primarily for residential development purposes. Certain land holdings also produce non-residential blocks of land. Under the Joint arrangements segment, it enters into joint agreements with the government, statutory authorities, and private landowners for the management of the development projects.
