Nickel Industries Limited is a nickel pig iron (NPI) producer, which is a key input in the production of stainless steel. It is engaged in the production of nickel matte. The Company owns a portfolio of mining and low-cost downstream nickel processing assets in Indonesia. It holds interest in high pressure acid leach (HPAL) projects, producing mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP) for use in the electric vehicle (EV) supply chain. Its segments include Nickel ore mining in Indonesia, Ranger Nickel rotary kiln electric furnace (RKEF) project in Indonesia and Singapore and the HPAL projects in Indonesia. Its principal operations, located in Indonesia, are the Hengjaya Nickel, Oracle Nickel and RKEF projects located within the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), the Angel Nickel RKEF Project within the Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) and the Hengjaya Mine, a large tonnage, high grade nickel laterite deposit in close proximity to the IMIP.
