Mithril Silver and Gold Ltd is a precious metals exploration company. The Company is focused on developing its flagship Copalquin Project. The Copalquin mining district Project is located in Durango State, Mexico and covers an entire mining district of 70 square kilometers (km2) containing several dozen historic gold and silver mines. Its Copalquin Mining District, covered by approximately five contiguous mining concessions, is a large epithermal gold-silver system, located in Mexico’s Sierra Madre Gold-Silver Trend. It also holds free carried interest in the Limestone Well vanadium tenements located in Western Australia.
