Locksley Resources Limited is a minerals explorer with a focus on copper, gold and base metal assets throughout Australia. The Company is also active in exploring rare-earth element (REE) projects located in the United States. It is engaged in the discovery and development of mineral deposits across Australian and United States projects; being the Tottenham Project and Mojave Project. The Mojave Project is in the Mojave Desert, California, United States, and consists of two areas: The North Block consists of over 184 claims of approximately 14.9 square kilometers(km2), the North-East Block consists of over 71 claims totaling 5.7 km2 and the El Campo Prospect consists of 5 claims totaling 0.3 km2. The Tottenham Project is a copper-gold exploration project that consists of four exploration licenses (EL6592, EL6656, EL8384, EL9307), covering 470 km2 is in the Lachlan Fold Belt of central New South Wales. The Tottenham deposits are within the Ordovician Girilambone Group.
