FireFly Metals Ltd is an Australia-based copper-gold company focused on advancing the high-grade Green Bay Copper-Gold project in Newfoundland, Canada. The Green Bay copper-gold project is located in the Baie Verte district of north-east Newfoundland, Canada. The project consists of multiple assets, headlined by the Ming underground mine. It includes other projects like Little Deer Deposit, Tilt Cove Project, and others. The Company also holds a 90% interest in the Limestone Well Vanadium-Titanium Project in Western Australia. The Limestone Well vanadium tenements lie north along strike from the Neometalis-owned Barrambie titanium-vanadium deposit, approximately 90 kilometers (km) southeast of Meekatharra. The Little Deer complex is located 40km south of the Ming Mine and is a high-grade copper-rich VMS deposit. Its Tilt Cove project covers an area of 115 square kilometers on the eastern coastal volcano-sedimentary rocks of the Baie Verte peninsula.
