Black Cat Syndicate Limited is an Australia-based gold producer with operating mines and processing facilities at two of its three 100% owned operations. The Company’s projects include Kal East Gold Operation (Kal East), Paulsens Gold Operation (Paulsens), Coyote Gold Project (Coyote), and Mt Clement Antimony Project. Kal East comprises approximately 650 square kilometers (km2) of highly prospective ground to the east of the mining center of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Paulsens comprises over 3,640 km2 of tenure located 180 kilometers (km) west of Paraburdoo in Western Australia. Coyote comprises over 645 km2, 5.5 grams per tonne (g/t) Au, gold projects, located in the Tanami region of Western Australia. Mt Clement is located over 30 km from the Paulsens Gold Operation with highest-grade antimony deposit in Australia. The Company 100% owns and operates the Lakewood gold processing facility, located over 6km east of Kalgoorlie.
